A university is missing
Tell us its name and country and we'll look at adding it. Try searching its short form first — NUS, HKU, LSE and similar all work.
A number looks wrong
Send the university and what you were expecting. If an estimate moved a long way from a small profile edit, that's worth reporting — it usually means something needs fixing.
Delete my account
Email from the address you signed up with and we'll remove your account and everything attached to it. There's no self-serve button for this yet, so it's done by hand.
Anything else
Questions about how a figure was produced, corrections to a university's data, or feedback on the product. All of it is read.
